Bespoke sessions from 45.00GBP, inclusive of all equipment, instructor travel and licensed music. You can have as few or as many people as you like. With small numbers you are effectively getting a 'personal' training session but having more people obviously makes it cheaper per head.
There are several benefits of arranging you own group rather than just turning up to a normal class. The main advantage is that you are the boss and can have the class tailored to your needs and preferences.
