Boxercise Training Equipment
All equipment will initially be provided although anyone who has had the pleasure of using shared gloves and pads (in the gym for example) will realise that, not unlike underwear, it is better to have your own! We have a limited stock of professional spec items available to class participants at wholesale prices.

Alternatively, feel free to source your own. We would recommend getting hold of leather gloves and pads (curved type) if your budget allows.
Other equipment you may find useful include:
a Yoga style floor mat for abs exercises and stretching (saves the hard floor).
Hand wraps add extra wrist protection and save sweating directly into the gloves. This prolongs the life of your own gloves if you have them and saves you from someone else's sweat if you do not. These are inexpensive.
