What to wear
Trainers, tracksuit bottoms/shorts and t-shirt will be fine.
Equipment
Will initially be provided although for hygiene and comfort, aim to eventually get
your own gloves and pads.
Fitness/skill level required
No previous experience is necessary as activities are
specially structured to take account of all fitness levels.
This makes the class, safe and accessible for complete beginners
and prevents experienced participants hitting a plateau.
Basically, you will be fine even if you currently
get out of breath just walking to the fridge!
Target participants
Men and women ages 16 and over.
