Boxing Equipment
All equipment will initially be provided although for comfort and hygiene you will probably want to eventually get your own gloves and pads rather than share. We have a limited stock of professional spec items available to class participants at wholesale prices.

Alternatively, feel free to source your own. Unless you are against animal products, we would recommend getting hold of leather gloves and pads if your budget allows.
Other equipment you may find useful include:
a Yoga style floor mat for abs exercises and stretching (saves the hard floor)
Hand wraps or other wrist support for extra wrist protection. These are inexpensive.
