Beginners Introductory Martial Arts Lessons

The dates of our next dedicated introductory sessions are listed below, where beginners are welcome to come along and give the lessons a try.
Tuesday 6th Jan 2009 at the Moseley Club,

Introductory sessions are usually held once each month free of charge. No prior arrangement is necessary. Just turn up and join in, we'll be happy to see you.
It goes without saying that we all started as a beginner and appreciate that for most of us, starting at a martial arts club can feel a little daunting.
By accepting new joiners only on certain dates, we make sure that beginners receive a dedicated introductory session. Another benefit of this means that there are usually other beginners (in the ‘same boat’ as it were) on your first lesson.
