Starting Goya-Ra-Ru martial arts classes

New joiners are always very welcome to the classes. To take part, just come along to the first introductory lesson of the month. No prior arrangement or 'booking' is necessary. Just turn up.

Initially, any loose fitting garments such as track-suits are suitable.
